If you don’t already have a decent back-up solution, give FBackup a try. Offering most of the features you’d expect, the
software simplifies the process of backing up and restoring files. Begin by clicking the Backup button, then click New to create your first back-up job. Give it a name and decide if you want to copy the files to a local drive or over a network. Choose what you want to back up (there’s an advanced mode if you require greater control), set additional options like encryption, schedule it and the program will do the rest.
